Do you allow for any finishing selections in your homes?

Our team of architects, designers, and experts takes pride in customizing our plans and design selections to fit families' needs and complement the community’s standards. Because of this, all our homes come pre-selected with all colors and finishes.

Do you build custom homes?

No, we do not currently build custom homes. However, we recommend Black Oak Construction if you’re interested in one.

How do I know what homes are coming to market and when they are available for purchase?

How long does it take for you to build a home?

You can’t always predict everything that will happen during a home build. Still, outside of permitting with the city and inclement weather, we usually complete building a home within 6-8 months after we have broken ground.

Do you have a warranty?

We stand by our work and offer a one-year warranty on certain elements related to your home's construction.
